Hiding an object in one setup

The eye on an object’s row hides the object in the active setup only. Other setups still show it.
  1. Click the setup you want to change, such as Setup A, to make it active.
  2. Click the object’s row in that setup.
  3. Click the eye on the row.
The 3D scene with Setup A active. The Motorcycle row in Setup A is dimmed with a crossed-out eye, and the motorcycle is missing from the canvas.
  1. The chip names the active setup, Setup A.
  2. The crossed-out eye marks the object as hidden in this setup. Click it to show the object again.
Switch to Base Setup, and the same object is still on the canvas. The same 3D scene with Base Setup active. The Motorcycle row has an open eye, and the motorcycle is on the canvas.
  1. The chip names the active setup, Base Setup.
  2. The open eye shows the object is visible in this setup.
A setup you clone starts with the same objects hidden. A CG Take preview made for a camera in that setup leaves the hidden objects out. This applies to objects only. Hiding a location, a locator, or a ruler hides it in every setup.
Hidden objects are saved in your web browser. Another browser, another person, and the Spark iOS app still show them.
