When collaborators are active in a script, you can see their cursors and selections highlighted in the editor. Each collaborator is assigned a distinct color.
Publishing a version creates a named snapshot of the script that the team can reference. Published versions serve as checkpoints — useful for table reads, production meetings, or locking a draft.
If you need to roll back changes, you can revert the script to any previously published version. Reverting replaces the current working draft with the selected version.
