To download pre-compiled plugins for your version of Unreal, follow this link:

Installing Plugins

Once you have downloaded the zip file, unzip it, and place the LONET plugin directory into the Engine/Plugins/VirtualProduction directory your local installation of Unreal. Your path will look something like D:\Epic_Games\UE_5.3\Engine\Plugins\VirtualProduction. Now restart Unreal, and enable the LONET2 -Live Link plugin.
