# Regenerate BG is for takes with no background

> Regenerate BG is greyed out once a take has a background

**Regenerate BG** in a take card's **…** menu now renders a background only for a take that has none. Once a take has a background, the menu item is greyed out, and its tooltip reads **This take already has a background**.
